Welcome to RestoreLA-CDC

RestoreLA-CDC emerged from the challenging times of the lockdown, we saw the immense need in our communities and knew that we had to step up and serve on a greater scale. 

We recognized that the pandemic had disproportionately affected communities of color, exacerbating existing disparities and inequalities. We believe that in times of crisis, we must come together to support the most vulnerable among us. We believe in order to close the wealth gap in communities of color ownership and education needs to occur.

RestoreLA-CDC’s mission is to provide resources in affordable housing and small business support for lower- to moderate-income communities in the greater Los Angeles area, with a strong focus on serving the Spanish-speaking community. We believe these resources will aid in bridging the wealth gap in minority communities. Committed to fostering economic equity and stability, we are proud to serve individuals and families in need, with 70% of those we assist classified as low- and moderate-income (LMI). Through strategic partnerships and targeted programs, we strive to create sustainable pathways to financial independence and community well-being.
